Choosing a dental practice is personal. At Ross & Durrett Family Dental, your care is led by Dr. Brian Ross, Dr. Kimberly Chan Ross, and Dr. Paldin Yousef, with an individualized approach shaped around your oral health, priorities, and comfort. Our family practice has been part of the Lake Forest community since 1968, combining attentive relationships with careful clinical craftsmanship and natural-looking results.

A first visit built around you

Your first appointment is an opportunity to share what brings you in, discuss your dental history and concerns, and learn what your mouth may need next. The doctors can use that conversation and their clinical evaluation to help you understand your options rather than defaulting to a one-size-fits-all plan.

Whether you are looking for ongoing family care, a second perspective, help with discomfort, or a considered change to your smile, the starting point is a clear conversation. Questions are welcome, and recommendations can be paced around your needs and preferences.

Comprehensive care, carefully considered

Ross & Durrett Family Dental provides care for children, teens, and adults in one Lake Forest practice. Our services include preventive exams and cleanings, restorative care, periodontal care, emergency dentistry, implants, crowns and bridges, and cosmetic options such as whitening, bonding, and veneers.

When treatment is appropriate, the doctors’ focus is on fit, function, comfort, and the details that make dentistry feel personal. For restorative or aesthetic work, craftsmanship matters: the goal is a result that supports your health and looks natural to you, without pushing treatment beyond what you want or need.

Questions, answered clearly

Good questions are welcome.

What should I bring to a new-patient appointment?

Bring any information you have about your dental and medical history, a current medication list, and questions or concerns you would like to discuss. The front desk can clarify any appointment-specific details when you call.

How often should I have dental visits?

There is no single interval that fits every patient. The ADA notes that recall timing can be tailored to individual oral-health risk, so your dentist can recommend a schedule after understanding your needs.
